A recent survey by Realself.com found that women who have breast augmentation surgery enjoy many benefits other than simply a better appearance or enhanced self esteem.

The survey found that 35% of people who had had breast augmentation surgery reported more satisfaction in their sex lives. Also, 62% said that they engaged in sex more often after the surgery, and 70% said their sex life satisfaction improved after the surgery.

According to one plastic surgeon, the results of the poll are not shocking. He said that he seems a transformation in how the patient behaves, how they carry themselves, and what they wear. He noted that most of his patients do have boosted confidence after the surgery. And it is easy to see how having higher confidence in your appearance can lead to improvements in other aspects of life, such as in the office.

That website also found after it reviewed all of the breast implant and augmentation reviews on the site that almost eight out of 10 women said having either surgery was worth it.

Breast augmentation surgery is still the most popular cosmetic procedure performed by plastic surgeons. At least 300,000 people per year have either a breast augmentation or a breast implant surgery.
