What are the advantages to breast augmentation?

Silicone implants are sacs filled with sterile silicone. The newer silicone implants are less likely to leak or rupture, as they’re often filled with a thicker silicone gel. Unlike the saline implants, newer silicone implants are shaped, so it’s sometimes easier to obtain a more natural look with newer silicone implants.
